I have submitted several applications for the Bloom Food chain. I guess my question is, why do I have to continuously fill out applications for each and every store? It seems to me that if you advertise for a cashier at one store and I fill out an application, that should also be acceptable at all the stores in my area. All it takes is a phone call. The applications are so complex and time consuming, I do not need to spend all my time filling out applications. I need a job. This seems to be very redundant and repetitive. I do not want my job to be a prefessional application filer. Your time my not be as valuable to you as mine is to me but I need a job and to continue to apply when all it would take would be someone to check the applications already completed. Thank you for your time. My time is valuable too. This also could cut your advertising costs.
