Xbox 360 to a Computer Monitor
By heresplanb
If you have an Xbox 360 then the greatest advantage is the ability to connect it to your computer monitor or to the existing home network. Once you have connected your Xbox 360 you can easily view music files and pictures that are stored in any computer using Microsoft Windows Media connect software. Apart from this if your computer runs Windows Media Center Edition then you can also play, replay, pause and record Live TV broadcasts and watch the recorded TV shows apart from enjoying home videos.
If you want to connect your Xbox to your computer then you will need a VGA input. This input is the Xbox 360 VGA HD AV cable and you can get this cable with a DV-15S Standard VGA connector along with a shielded cable that is around 8 feet long. This cable connector lets you enjoy high definition of games and movies that have a resolution of nearly 1080p. Apart from this it would also support 720p and 480p resolution. The cable also supports 5.1 Dolby digital surround sound outputs.
