Always stay away from soda. Actually, you could add any sugary drink that is loaded with empty calories. Do not eat less than three hours prior to going to bed. This can often be an easy way to shed pounds and most people have no idea how effective such a strategy truly is. When you do not eat three hours prior to bed time, you burn up a few extra calories prior to going sleep and you do not add any more to your system prior to dozing off. As a result, your body's basic metabolic function will burn through the stored fat in your system while you sleep.

Move around for about ten minutes (minimum) per day. Being too stationary is never a good way to get the metabolism up and moving. Ten minutes of movement not only burns calories during the actual movement process; it sets the revving of metabolism into motion which means you will burn a lot more calories at other points during the day. Add this to not eating three hours prior to bed time and you will see weight drop off quite quickly...and quicker than you thought possible!
Four
Learn to develop a high level of portion control. You positively must not overeat if you wish to lose weight. Cutting back on the portion sizes during your meals will lead to you dropping weight. How could it not? You have reduced the amount of calories you eat with every meal.
Five
Take the proper supplements. This can include all forms of vitamins, calcium, green tea, etc. All of these supplements will play a large role in helping you lose weight thanks to the impact they have on the body. Once again, proper supplementation is a must when you wish to get in shape.
