In your meal never add chicken, burgers, red meat. Even taking eggs, cheese, cream, and milk is not suggested. Also do not take margarine and butter. The main things which should be avoided in a Detox diet plan is salted peanuts, alcohol, sugar, candy, jam, sauces, tea, coffee, sugared soft drinks, too much salt and mayonnaise. In the first three days of your detox diet plan just drink lots of pure water.
